Payment & Order Verification
- You will be charged only after your order and payment details have been verified and approved (verification typically takes 1–3 business days to ensure security).
- To protect against credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be temporarily delayed. We’ll reach out promptly to resolve any issues, and cancellations will only occur as a last resort.
Shipping Process

Order Fulfillment Time: We take great care in crafting your custom pet keepsakes—standard processing takes 2–5 business days to prepare and transfer your order to our carrier’s sort facility.
- Extended processing may apply: Up to 10 business days during peak holiday seasons or for high-demand items. We’ll always communicate delays proactively if they arise.
- Once your order enters the shipping phase, we cannot make changes (including address updates) as it moves quickly through our fulfillment system.
- We only ship to the exact address provided at checkout—please double-check details to ensure smooth delivery.
- Shipping occurs exclusively on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major U.S. and EU holidays).
- You’ll receive a detailed Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
- For multi-item orders: Products may ship separately (due to varying manufacturing locations) but will all be delivered within a reasonable timeframe—we’ll notify you if this applies to your order.
Tracking
- Every order includes a unique tracking number, sent via email once your package is dispatched to the carrier’s facility.
- Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear in the carrier’s system (varies by logistics provider).
- If you haven’t seen tracking activity after 5 business days, please reach out to our support team—we’re here to help locate your package.

- Shipping times vary by destination, and while we work hard to meet our estimates, specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Duties, Taxes & Additional Fees
- International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs clearance fees—these are determined by the recipient’s country and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
- ForeverPetMemo has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details on applicable fees before ordering.
- If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid fees, the recipient will be responsible for all import taxes and return shipping costs.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages
- We partner with reputable carriers to ensure safe delivery, but ForeverPetMemo cannot be held liable for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier, or for loss, theft, or damage caused by external factors.
- If your tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your package, please first check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. If unresolved, file a claim with the carrier and contact our support team for assistance.
- For damaged items: Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product—we’ll review your claim promptly and work to make it right.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
- It’s the buyer’s responsibility to confirm the accuracy of the shipping address before submitting an order.
- We process orders quickly (usually within 24 hours), so address changes cannot be accommodated after checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping fees.
